"Homeowner": An individual seeking property services, who uses baiitna free of charge.

"Company": A service provider offering property-related services, which may pay for enhanced platform features.

"Platform": The baiitna website and mobile application.

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Baiitna, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other terms applicable to specific sections of the platform or to particular content or transactions.

Modification of terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the platform following any such modification constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as modified.

Use of the platform

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use Baiitna.
• Account registration: Users may be required to register an account to access certain features of the platform. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Services

User conduct

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the platform. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the platform.

Subscription plans for companies

• Basic Profile: Free for all companies, allows limited visibility.
• Premium Profile: Paid subscription for enhanced visibility in search results.
• Featured Listing: Paid subscription for top placement in search results and additional promotional features.

Payments and refunds for companies

All subscription fees for companies are non-refundable. Payment terms are specified at the time of subscription. baiitna reserves the right to modify subscription fees at any time.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform at our sole discretion, without notice and without liability, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms and Conditions or is harmful to other users of the platform, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Intellectual property

All content on the platform, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of baiitna or its content suppliers and is protected by UAE and international copyright laws.

Disclaimers

baiitna is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Baiitna, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the platform; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any Personal infostored therein.

Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dubai, UAE, to resolve any dispute arising out of the Terms and Conditions or the platform.
